Designer/Illustrator

About me

I am a tech-savvy creative who still loves his pencil. I create strong visual solutions that augment your team in developing pitches, rounding out creative options, or picking up a project and running with it in your time of need. I have worked with some of the largest Fortune 500 corporate clients and helped out a number of international branding agencies.

How I work

My approach is to adapt to your in-house process to make our collaboration as seamless as possible. I work remotely, or I can come to you in the NY Metro area. I stay on task and on time. I generally work on a per-project basis, defining the scope of work upfront. However, I have been doing this a long time and know that things change…and when you least expect it. So, I can be as flexible as you need us to be.

And a little more...

Adjunct Professor

I take great pride in my work as an adjunct professor at Parsons School of Design’s Communication Design department. I have taught sophomores, juniors, and seniors, as well as graduate students in both communication design and digital design. In addition to teaching classes in typography, print, and brand design, I have developed classes in entrepreneurship, mentorship, and teaching design.

Award-Winning Designer

My work has been recognized in major national and international publications and award competitions. These include Communication Arts, Graphis, and Print magazines as well as a number of logo/trademark compendiums such as the Logo Lounge Master Series. Regionally, my work has been accepted in the Dallas Society of Visual Communications, Houston Art Director’s Club and the New York Art Director’s Club shows.

I’m also very proud to have won a two national design competitions to develop the brand idenity for a newly formed professional indoor football team, the Salt Lake Screaming Eagles of thecIndoor Football League and also the Zappers of the Fan-Controlled Football League.
